The Bistro at the Cooper's Hotel opens at midday and does not close until 10pm every night except Sundays at 9pm.

The Bistro and Deck bar has a warm and contemporary feel about it whilst maintaining a natural and casual ambiance.
The bistro has a fantastic bar attached to it which opens completely to our open air terrace area.
